Refund Policy

1. Payment of Fees

  • All fees due to the College must be paid in full prior to course commencement, unless an instalment payment plan has been agreed upon with the College management.
  • Registration and Administration Fees are non-refundable.

2. What Course Fees Include

  • Course fees do not include travel, accommodation, social programmes, awarding body registration fees (if any), external examination fees, personal and health insurance, bank charges on international money transfers, or course materials such as books, photocopies, pens, pencils, and papers.

3. Deposit Policy

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of visa status or travel circumstances.

4. Refunds for International Students

  • Online international students do not require a visa; however, once enrolled, no refunds will be issued after payment, as the deposit and fees are non-refundable.
  • Offline (on-campus) international students must comply with UK Home Office visa requirements.
    • If a student’s UK Student Visa is refused, any fees or deposits paid to the College will be refunded after deducting an administration charge of £1000, provided the student submits the official visa refusal letter as documentary evidence.
    • All refunds will be made net of bank charges; the student will bear any bank charges relating to the refund.
    • If a student is deported upon first entry to the UK, the College will refund any fees or deposits paid, after deducting an administration charge of £1000, and all refunds will be net of bank charges.
  • No refunds will be made once a student has received a UK visa and made their first entry to the UK. The student is then required to attend and complete the course for which the visa was issued.

5. Refunds for Local (UK-based) Students

  • Local students are not subject to visa requirements.
  • All deposits and registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Course fees are only refundable if the College cancels the course before commencement.

6. Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Director of Admissions, stating the reason for the refund and including supporting documentary evidence (e.g., visa refusal letter).
  • All approved refunds will be processed within Eight (8) weeks of receiving the complete refund request.

7. Non-Transferability of Fees

  • Course fees are non-transferable to another course. Students must complete the course for which they were originally admitted.

8. Changes to Course Fees

  • The College management reserves the right to change course fees without prior notification.
