About BTMA – Bridging Communities, Shaping Futures

Established to unite British Tamil medical students, aspiring doctors, and healthcare professionals across the UK, BTMA is built on the spirit of volunteering, mentorship, and giving back to the community.

Expanding Their Network

Through competitive applications and interviews, BTMA has formed committees of over 100 dedicated members. The organisation has a nationwide presence, with representatives at leading medical schools including Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial, King’s College London, Birmingham, Leeds, and Bart’s.

A Bright Future Ahead

BTMA continues to grow and inspire future generations, fostering collaboration, representation, and service within the British Tamil community.
